Srinagar, Apr 04 (KNS): Divisional commissioner Kashmir Baseer Ahmad Khan has told KNS that the normal academic activities will resume in educational institutions except Shopian and Kulgam. The schools and colleges had been closed from Monday in wake of Shopian killings. (KNS)
