The residents of Sugan village of Shopian on Monday said that the government forces vandalized dozens of houses following an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) explosion that left three soldiers wounded.
Speaking on the condition of anonymity, a local said that the forces ransacked several residential houses after the blast.
