Pulwama, Sep 15: Two army men were injured in an ongoing gunfight at Marvel area of Kakapora in South Kashmir's Pulwama District on Tuesday.
Two army soldiers received splinter injuries in an initial exchange of fire and were rushed to MI hospital where both are undergoing treatment.
Earlier, a joint team of forces conducted searches in the area following inputs about presence of some militants.
The search operation was turned into gunfight after hidding militants fired upon them.
A police officer told Kashmir Despatch sofar no militant has been Killed, operation is in process.Two Army Jawans of 50RR received splinter injuries, 02 militants are believed to be trapped. Operation going on.```
